Session 1 : My Whole Being is Lit

MOOD: When your whole being is lit from the inside, you surround yourself with a warm glow that shines through. And when you exude inner light, you attract love and happiness as though they were magnets.

ACTIVITY: Morning yoga on a deck by followed by an affirmation session.

In most cases, school is the first place where we experience being constantly evaluated, assessed, and even learn that we can “fail”.

Education can be the key that opens doors to many opportunities but it can also be very stressful!! Trust me I know… I did an 11 year bid
(in college) 🥴🙌🏽

So to my College Students, I see you! And I absolutely encourage everyone to support you along this journey because we need you!
