David brings a rare mix of real estate, lending, and construction experience to the StyerREP team. With over 60 closings and involvement in more than 170 transactions nationwide, he knows how to guide clients through the process with clarity and confidence.

His background as a former mortgage lender, combined with hands-on construction experience and his own investment portfolio, gives his clients a real advantage when it comes to understanding value, potential, and smart decision-making.

What really sets David apart is how he shows up for people. He is detail-oriented, transparent, and committed to making every step of the journey feel smooth and informed.

Outside of real estate, you will find him traveling, riding his motorcycle, or spending time with his rescue pets, Koda and Fern.

We’re thrilled to welcome Mia Gerardi to Styer Real Estate Professionals. Born and raised in the Columbus area, Mia began her real estate journey as a hands-on investor, buying, renovating, living in, and converting homes into rentals, giving her a truly practical understanding of how real estate builds long-term wealth in our local market.

Today, Mia owns and manages a growing portfolio of short-, mid-, and long-term rentals, along with small commercial properties. She brings the unique perspective of both an investor and a trusted advocate, pairing smart strategy with a people-first approach so clients feel confident and supported at every step.
