On a beautiful Saturday, downtown Columbus is equal parts vibrant and relaxed - a place you can wander without a plan and still have a memorable day. Here are our favorite weekend spots:
☕ Coffee at One Line Franklinton - Bright and welcoming, with excellent coffee and snacks.
🌊 A walk along the Scioto Mile - Fresh air and beautiful skyline views.
🌮 Lunch at House Taco or 4th & State (our tenants at the Lilley Building!) - You can’t go wrong with for mouthwatering signature Mexican dishes or for some of the best Vegan eats in Ohio!
🌿 Check out Columbus Commons - There’s almost always something happening - markets, music, or just a great lawn to relax on.
A trip downtown can turn a Saturday with no plans into a memorable weekend, and we’re proud to have a presence right in the middle of it.

You’ve heard it before: location, location, location. But for a commercial tenant, it’s more than just a slogan - it’s strategy.
A great location can mean:
🚶🏻♀️ Stronger foot traffic
👀 Built-in visibility
🚗 Easier access for customers + employees
💪 A supportive ecosystem of nearby businesses
That’s why we focus on revitalizing properties in walkable, well-connected Central Ohio neighborhoods. When our tenants succeed, the entire community grows stronger - and that’s the impact we’re here for. 💚

This week we’re celebrating 8 years with Ugly Tuna Saloona anchoring our property on Chittenden Ave in the heart of OSU’s campus 🏈🍺
When we renovated this historic mixed-use campus property, we made necessary updates and restored original features like hardwood floors and exposed brick. We hoped to contribute to the campus atmosphere and create a space students and locals could enjoy. From game days to study breaks to catching up with friends, cheers to for making this a go-to spot for the campus community!

You’ll never guess what this historic firehouse became… 👀🔥 Swipe to see it 125+ years later!
Built in 1896, Engine House 12 was one of Columbus’ original horse-drawn fire stations. This Olde Towne East landmark now serves the community as - a gathering place full of history, warmth, and neighborhood connection.
Spaces like this remind us why historic revitalization matters - great buildings deserve second (or third, or fourth) acts. We love helping preserve the character of Olde Towne East while supporting the local businesses that bring these walls to life.
Proof that preservation and progress can go hand in hand. ❤️
