Develop and implement creative community-based strategies to drive economic development on The Hilltop by Reconnecting, Impacting, Strengthening, and Empowering businesses on The Hilltop Our full-time Executive Director will work with The City, Franklin County, COTA, as well as other groups, agencies, and stakeholders on The Hilltop, to drive economic development on our commercial corridors.
