🗣The SBA is launching a new 7(a) Working Capital Pilot Program starting on August 1, 2024.
This program will run until July 31, 2027 and aims to provide guaranteed lines of credit for small businesses.
The program offers an 85% guaranty for loans of $150,000 or less and a 75% guaranty for loans above $150,000 with loans available up to $5 million.
These loans can support both domestic and international transactions. Additionally, updates to the SBA 504 program will also take effect on August 1, 2024, simplifying eligibility, credit, and documentation requirements to streamline loan processing and approval
