Remember just like on an airplane you have to fill your cup in order to help other people. Don’t forget as much as we like helping others and it’s important to me too. You can’t help others if you don’t help yourself first. So take that time out no matter what it is. Maybe it’s getting a massage maybe it’s getting a facial or getting your nails done maybe it’s a simple as walking your dog having your morning tea just take that time for yourself whatever it is! Hope to see you filling up that cup soon!
