Medical Professionals are under attack. Defense firms must stand strong together and collaborate to protect our clients and ensure fair and efficient proceedings. The latest example is the Ohio Supreme Court’s pending case regarding whether the sham affidavit rule should apply with expert reports and later affidavits. If this rule is weakened it opens the door to manipulated testimony, prolonged litigation, and increased costs for all involved. Together, we must stand for consistency and integrity in the legal process.
