Light: Rwanda Kinini Natural
Our 3rd year purchasing coffee from the Kinini Village and Washing Station. We purchased two lots this year, and this particular lot is a natural processed coffee. From 48 smallholders in the Rulindo District. 100% Bourbon Variety.

Medium: Colombia el Progreso - (We’ll always be brewing this one!)
This is the eleventh year that we have purchased coffee from Rodrigo Sanchez at El Progreso. Truly one of our most valued relationships, and a truly spectacular, every day, house coffee. A single farm, fully washed medium roast from the Huila region of Colombia.
Caturra and Bourbon varieties

Dark: Brasil Rio Brilhante Tropicana
A rich and sweet dark roast from our favorite farm in Brasil, Fazenda Rio Brilhante. Near the town of Coromandel in Minas Gerais, Rio Brilhante was founded by Ignacio Urban. Originally a soybean farmer, Ignacio has built Rio Brilhante into an agricultural powerhouse. This coffee is naturally processed and consists of Yellow Catucaí 2SL and Yellow Catuaí 20/15 varieties.
