Reading all of the recent filings in the Beach v Parker’s “outrage” lawsuit

In Defendants' Answers to Plaintiffs' 1st Interrogatories, Christine Avery is mentioned as a potential witness. A person named Christine Avery allegedly wrote the email to Judge Newman regarding Myra Crosby (“egg juror”) which ultimately lead to her dismissal in the Murdaugh murder trial. Avery claimed Myra was discussing the case outside of the courtroom. ❓Is this the same Christine Avery?

According to the filing, “These witnesses are expected to have knowledge regarding their contact regarding and/or participation in a mock jury and/or focus group relative to the boat crash case.”

👀 If it is the same person, Avery is connected to the “outrage” lawsuit as well as Murdaugh. It’s a small world. 🌎

The four page arrest affidavit for Michael McKee has been unsealed in relation to his charges for the double murders of Monique and Spencer Tepe. The Tepes were found murdered inside their home on December 30, 2025. McKee stands accused for the brutal double slayings.

In the weeks prior to the murders, the arrest affidavit states McKee was seen entering the Tepe property while the Tepe’s were out of town. Prior instances of domestic violence are also outlined in which McKee allegedly abused Monique during their very short marriage. The arrest affidavit is below ⬇️:

Michael McKee is scheduled for an arraignment hearing on Friday, 1/23/2026, at 1 p.m., in Franklin County Court of Common Pleas for the December 30, 2025, double murders of Spencer and Monique Tepe in their Weinland Park home.

McKee is facing charges for premeditated murder with fi****ms specifications and burglary.

McKee was apprehended earlier this month on January 10th by the ATF in Illinois.
