Training doesn’t stop at home — dogs need to learn how to exist calmly in the real world too. ✈️🐾

Charlie joined me at the airport to practice staying neutral around crowds, noises, rolling luggage, strangers, and constant distractions. Public place training builds confidence, improves focus, and teaches dogs how to make good decisions even in busy environments.

A well-trained dog isn’t just obedient in the living room — they can stay calm and connected to their handler anywhere. That’s the goal. 💪

Training doesn’t just happen at home — real life is where it all comes together 🐾

Taking your dog to a pet store is one of the best ways to work on:
✔️ Focus around distractions
✔️ Loose leash walking
✔️ Calm behavior in exciting environments

New smells, people, dogs, carts, noises… it’s a LOT. And that’s exactly why it’s so valuable.

Start simple: • Keep sessions short
• Reward calm choices
• Don’t expect perfection right away

A well-behaved dog isn’t just trained — they’re practiced in real-world situations.

If your dog struggles in busy places, that’s normal. It just means we need to train there, not avoid it.

Need help getting your dog confident in public? I’ve got you. 🐶

Training TWO puppies at once? 🐶🐶 Sounds cute… and it is—but it’s also double the work if you don’t have a plan.
The biggest mistake I see: treating them like a package deal.
If they do everything together, they learn to rely on each other instead of YOU.

Here’s what actually works:
✨ Train separately first — build focus, confidence, and independence
✨ Short, structured sessions — puppies have short attention spans
✨ One-on-one time daily — even 10 minutes makes a difference
✨ Then practice together — once each pup understands the basics
This helps prevent littermate syndrome (yes, it’s real 👀) and creates two well-behaved dogs instead of chaos x2.
Two puppies can absolutely thrive together—but only if you train them as individuals first.
Need help managing the madness? I’ve got you. 🐾

🎄✨ Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! ✨🎆
As the year comes to a close, I want to thank all of my amazing clients and their dogs for trusting me with their training journeys this year. Watching dogs and owners grow together is truly the greatest gift.
I’m so grateful for every lesson, every milestone, and every success—big and small. I can’t wait to continue helping you build stronger relationships with your dogs in the New Year.

Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a safe, happy New Year filled with wagging tails and good behavior! 🐶❤️
