GOODBYE TO OUR WONDERFUL CUSTOMERS! It was a good run, 49 YEARS, serving the best sandwiches ever, on the BEST BUNS IN TOWN! Although the last several years have been rough for us both professionally and personally we are forever grateful (Stay grateful, Eat Bread, Play the Dead). We supported our family and several other families over the years, living, learning and loving in Columbia, MO. Sub Shop always had loyal customers smart enough to recognize a quality product and to support a truly locally owned business (not a franchise owned by someone who lives in the community). Truly locally owned businesses buy everything possible locally, providing a higher rate of return to the community supporting it (remember COLORS -- Columbia Locally Owned Retail Stores (or Services?)). Anyway the point is that truly locally owned businesses are what makes a community unique and we hope all our customers continue to support local businesses.
There will be an auction that will include not only our equipment (much of which is handy to have in your kitchen at home) but furniture, decorations, memorabilia and artwork by Kevin Douglas. Be sure to keep a lookout at Asset Auctions Group, there will be a couple of weeks of showing the products and then an auction. Be sure to get your piece of memory from a business that has been a staple in Columbia for, what was it? 49 YEARS! THANK YOU COLUMIBA!

HELLO COLUMBIA AND ALL SUB SHOP FANS! We hope we still have fans. As you all know or can see we continue to struggle with employee and technical problems. Our website (your best choice for pick-up and delivery) was down for 6 days. Obviously this adversely affects our sales!
