Bring Your Kid to Work Day = officially a hit!
We started the day with leadership sharing what MidPoint is all about and how each department plays a role, then jumped into age based breakout sessions packed with fun: obstacle courses, building WiFi towers, STEM remote control cars, mock interviews, and of course a yummy lunch. Even better, our Arizona office and remote crew joined in, so the fun stretched coast to coast! Safe to say… the kids crushed it. We may have some future hires already lined up; we are just working out their snack break negotiation skills.
