✨The Bill McDaniels Foundation has pledged $1 million in broad support for children’s cancer care at Prisma Health. The extraordinary commitment marks the first major announcement for the foundation, recently established by longtime local philanthropist and automotive group owner, Bill McDaniels.

“I want the families who are facing cancer to know that we see you. We want you to know that you are never alone,” McDaniels said.

⛳️ It was a Patch Par-TEE at Prisma Health Children’s Hospital-Midlands this morning, thanks to the PGA TOUR Wives Association! Around 50 patients got to unleash their creativity as they customized their own trucker hats, belt bags and pouches with a variety of fun patches and designs! Members of the PGA Tour Wives Association also presented a $5,000 check to Children’s Hospital.

The group is in town ahead of the Colonial Life Charity Classic, which is part of the PGA Korn Ferry Tour. The tournament kicks off tomorrow at The Woodcreek Club in Columbia.
