I’ve been reflecting on my experience at the , and I can honestly say… I am not the same stylist, woman, or visionary who walked in. My clients can expect a new level of intention, elevated service, and excellence from me because this experience stretched me in the best ways possible.

From the conversations, the education, and the atmosphere, I truly leveled up in my career. Being in a room full of creatives who are serious about growth did something to me—it pushed me to think bigger, move smarter, and show up with more confidence in my craft.

And let’s talk about the memories… 80s night was EVERYTHING! The energy, the fun, the wigs (yes, I showed up and showed out with mine 😂), and just being free with people who get it. It wasn’t just about hair—it was about joy, connection, and expression.

I’m still in awe that I won the beautiful SHINE $10,000 clutch bag… like, what?! Such a surreal moment. And baby, getting my first Chanel… even though it’s a candle, it meant so much to me. It represents the beginning of a new level. Thank you Nikki for that special moment—I will never forget it.

But more than anything, it was the connections for me. The conversations, the laughs, the ideas… and the birth of “The Uber Girls.” What we created in that space is bigger than just a moment—it’s something that will continue to grow beyond the retreat.

To Nikki and Leo—thank you for pouring into us, for creating a space where we could grow, be seen, and be inspired. Your vision is powerful, and I’m so grateful to have experienced it.
