We mean it when we say this is for EVERYONE‼️ Over the last seven years we have built a community . These are athletes and their families who have bought into our training style and teaching philosophy. They are willing to do the hard things (like running and lifting 👀😝) because they understand the value of strength and overall body control in their games. I mean you realistically CANNOT CONTROL THE BASKETBALL if you CANNOT CONTROL YOUR BODY.

NEVER MISSES A DETAIL on the court & has trained her staff to be equally as accountable on the strength and conditioning side of the floor.

Ultimately because EVERYTHING matters.

They say you can rate a trainer based on their ability to truly develop and enhance the skill of a student-athlete with little to no knowledge of the game whatsoever.

If you can get someone who knows NOTHING about the game, and turn them into a trained assassin, we'll call you Sensei 🤣

But truly, this is how we prefer it. Why? Because they are blank canvas. Of course we take athletes of all ages and all skill levels, but the older you wait to join the harder it is to break some of these old habits. In a "can't teach an old dog new tricks kind of way." It's not that it can't be done but the muscle memory, the mindset, is harder to tap into.
