Once Upon a House

It's nice to be able to present an arguement to a municipality over a code being mis-intrepreted, by the said municipality, and later discuss it with them, and then they agree that you are right and they are wrong. Just saved my builders a couple thousand dollars each on ALL projects, where they were having to spend more money to meet a code that was intrepreted incorrectly, and by all building inspectors. Yeaaaaa for working with The City of Columbia building department, and their willingness to make the change. That's called PROGRESS!
