What does a competitive workforce look like five, ten, or twenty years from now? That was the focus of Superintendent Dr. Todd Walker's inaugural Industry Roundtable, which brought together education and industry leaders for a candid conversation about how schools and employers can work together more effectively.

As co-hosts, we were encouraged by the shared commitment to strengthening the connection between our schools and the needs of local employers. These conversations are critical to ensuring we are preparing students for meaningful, sustainable careers and that businesses will have access to the workforce they need to grow.
