We evaluate every candidate on three core values and seven attributes that every Merkle employee must possess. You may have heard that we have a unique culture at Merkle and that we’re very different from most other companies. We’re intent on building a company we can be very proud of – a place where exceptionally talented people want to be and where each of us is excited to come to work every day. House Rules:

The Merkle Life page is an exclusive glimpse into the life and culture at Merkle. We'll have information about all of our offices, insights from the industry we love, cool stuff about our great company, and job opportunities (of course). This is an open group and we want to hear from everyone. That said, we still need to set up some House Rules.

1. Don't be "that guy" - being "that guy" might include posting libelous, disparaging, hateful, threatening or obscene content.
2. Keep conversations on point - no trolling or spam, please.
3. Be honest and transparent.
4. Be ethical and legal about your posts and interactions.
5. Take care of the community - this is our culture and we are very protective of it

Violations of these House Rules may result in a nasty-gram from the page administrator, removal of content, or dismissal from the community. Don't be that guy.
