July is UV Safety Month. UV exposure adds up quickly — and it’s one of the biggest risk factors for skin cancer. Protect your skin every day with a few simple habits:

• Apply sunscreen
• Find shade during peak hours (10 a.m.–4 p.m.)
• Wear long sleeves, hats, and UV‑blocking sunglasses
• Avoid tanning beds (emit concentrated UV radiation)
• Check the UV Index (3+ means you need protection)

Healthy skin starts with consistent UV safety.
