Hickory Ridge Community Association

The replacement of the HR 17 Play Area, in the center of the Clary's Forest Loop, is scheduled to begin the week of June 8th, 2026. This project is scheduled to take four weeks, weather permitting. The area will be closed during construction. This project is part of the Hickory Ridge Play Area cluster program, which was presented to the Hickory Ridge Village Board on January 12th, 2026. The photos show a map showing the location of the play area and a final rendering of the planned features. On-site signs will be posted to inform the public about the project.

Howard County is not just city life in Columbia … we have farmers who grow great fruits and vegetables that are truly fresh since they have not been transported here from other states. If you are anxious to take advantage of local produce here are the markets and the times they are available:
