Have you been considering fashion colors but aren’t sure what you’re getting into? Here’s a little info on the process and maintenance of vivid hair!

* In order for fashion colors to grab and have longevity, your hair will need to be pre-lightened.

* We base the longevity of fashion colors on washes. So the less you shampoo, the longer your color will last.

* A sulfate free shampoo in cool water is your best bet for minimal fading. A “color safe” shampoo does not mean it’s safe for fashion colors. These operate differently so sulfate free is the key!

* A lot of people like to dip into fashion colors in the summer. We totally get it, but know that submerging in pool chemicals or salt water will fade your fashion colors quickly!
