Is it odd that I dislike Halloween but love to decorate for it? 🤪 Maybe it’s the fact that my existing cobwebs and dust just add to the ambience of it all. But aren’t these little touches fun?! Took about 5 minutes totally to get the container from the shelf downstairs and place these pictures/items. And it totally changes the feel of our house! Nice to have you back Grandma Irene and Grandpa Clay. 🖤

Playing around with Tone Curve in Lightroom this afternoon and took this picture of Robin Bichsel-Connor from A to B. Pretty subtle change but a different style than I typically do. I'm curious...which do you prefer? A or B? Let me know in the comments. 🙂

My baby boy...

Did you know today is ? What a lovely reminder to shout out those people who give of themselves in order to help make us better. To my big sister Devin, I am forever grateful. You have been teaching me since I was 4 years old. You taught me everything from how to set up the best Barbie house to how to make a killer paint can in college. You are one of those loving, graceful educators out there, who see children as brilliant bundles of potential. Thank you for taking the time to make each of your students (and all of their parents) (...and me) feel valued. Who are you appreciating today?
