The Communication & Leadership Program is housed within the Division of Communication, Language & Literature at Columbia College. We offer a BA in Communication & Leadership in both the Women's and Evening College. We also offer a minor in Comm & Leadership in the traditional day college or Women's College. The BA in Communication & Leadership provides students with a foundation in the theoretical
dimensions of human communication and the principles and practices of effective leadership. Students will develop knowledge, skills, and aptitudes to function as engaged citizens in both personal and career-oriented contexts. Students will graduate with a clearer understanding of social challenges and the innovative communication strategies needed to lead positive change in their careers and in their communities. Faculty:
