Jake's has been formerly been notified by our landlord that they will not offer Jake's a new lease. We are currently still negotiating with the Lakeview mall partners on obtaining a new lease. Our current lease runs out November 30.
At this time we are not giving up!!
Jake's has been built on continuous regulars that we call family!!
At this point we've been given no explanation to the reason for terminating our business relationship after 16 years of renting to the tone 1.2 million dollars in rent!!
I could and will elaborate on the reason as they unfold..
