We bought a new house last week on Rolling Hills Road, and I just wanted to share the story behind it.

The seller, Ms. Nims, is military and currently living all the way out in California. Being out of state made everything tougher, she didn’t have the time to deal with showings, repairs, or coordinating anything from across the country. She just needed the whole process to be quick, simple, and guaranteed.
