Stress remodeling is the process of retraining and rewiring your reactions to that which triggers a stress response. It goes beyond recognizing patterns and attempting to catch yourself in a reaction. In stress remodeling we investigate and get to root of the emotional and nervous system reactions so that you no longer have to catch yourself and suppress an unwanted reaction. You stay calm and confident despite whatever chaos drops in.

Phobias are a great way to look at this. Tapping will clear a phobia faster than anything I’ve seen or experienced. When someone has gone through the stress remodeling process with me a fear reaction will drop from a 10-0 in a short amount of time. What previously caused terror, heart racing, jitters, an upset stomach etc…no longer activated that response. The nervous system has been remodeled. The stress is remodeled.
