One stretch a day you can do from home.

Hip Flexor Stretch (With or Without Equipment)

A supported hip flexor stretch to release tension at the front of the hips β€” an area that commonly tightens with prolonged sitting and long days.

✨ Helpful for desk workers and long hours of sitting
✨ Supports hip extension and low-back comfort
✨ Two options depending on what you have at home

Option 1:
Use a foam roller for added support as you settle into the stretch.

Option 2:
No equipment? Lie on your back near the edge of a bed or bench and allow your legs to drop off using gravity. Consider placing a rolled towel or pillow underneath for extra support.

Move slowly. Stay supported. Breathe and switch sides.
