Meet the Divas! For Pride month, we are highlighting the cast members of Divas by Design. Our final spotlight is on your humble social media manager for Divas, Trent Adams aka Trent Rash!!!

1. How long have been doing drag?
Two years this summer! Fun tip: my first time ever in drag was the night I won Mid-MO Pride King in 2024.

2. Favorite song to perform?
“Pink Pony Club” by Jordy or “Holding Out For A Hero” by Adam Lambert.

3. Favorite part about being a drag performer? How it allows me to grow as an artist in a different way than theatre does!

4. Favorite drag memory?
Performing at the first-ever JC Pride Fest! I really felt connected to the music and the crowd, and it was special to be part of something making history.

5. What does pride month mean to you?
Pride month to me is about remembering and honoring those who have come before us and paved the way for the freedoms we have today. It also serves as inspiration that there is still more to do and more q***r and trans people to fight for! Lastly it is a time to celebrate and spread all the q***r joy!!!

Meet the Divas!!! During Pride month, we are highlighting the cast members of Divas by Design. Up next is none other than that queen who makes us hungry, Liz Anya!!!

1. How long have you been doing drag?
I’ve been doing drag for 9(!!) years!

2. Favorite song to perform?
It’s hard to choose, I like anything high energy that the crowd will love, but Hallucinate by Dua Lipa is definitely at the top of the list 😉

3. Favorite part about being a drag performer? Connecting with people! Whether it’s during a performance or just walking downtown to the gig, I love making a connection with someone. I’ve never met a stranger.

4. Favorite drag memory?
It’s hard to choose a favorite drag memory, but any road trips with the Fierz Fam are always standouts, whether a pageant or Disney World, or screwing around in the Yin Yang dressing room.

5. What does Pride month mean to you?
Pride is so important to me. As a gay kid from a small town, my first pride was life-changing. I had never seen that many q***r people together until my first STL Pridefest in 2017 and that’s when I realize that it was all about community and coming together to support one another.
