Welcome to my page! Each week you will find what meals are available to order. When I will deliver, etc.

How do I order? Click on the QR code and select how many meals for the week you would like to order. After I receive your request, I will email or text message you asking which meals you would like. Each week 7 meals will be a available to order. If you want 7 meals-you can select how many of each you want, selecting 7 doesn’t mean you get one of each, you can choose 2 of one, 3 of one, etc.

After you make your selection, payment will be required, either by Venmo or Zelle. I will send you a request if using one of these methods. If you don’t have either of these, I do take credit cards but a convenience fee will be added to use a credit card. Once payment is confirmed, I will prepare and make arrangements for delivery.

Each meal is one serving of a lean and green. I will provide how many leans, greens, condiments and healthy fats each meal provides. Each week will be a different variety of meals and each month new meals will be revealed!

I want to make your health journey as easy as possible! I will also explore any meals you have wanted to try but didn’t want to make! Just send me a link to the recipe.
