MBM Custom Construction

It’s odd to think of Matt doing anything except construction but there was a time when he worked for NS railroad, was a plumbing apprentice, and served in the Army. After the military, he returned to the railroad but spent most of his free time remodeling. We remodeled our first home. Then bought the house next door and did the same. A few years later, we started our cabin remodel. We had plenty of help from our dads and Matt’s uncle Bruce, but the day to day was us and the kids just chipping away. It laid the groundwork for what MBM would become. Construction is black and white and the right way is usually the hardest, but also the most lasting. We put quality ahead of quantity and we don’t take shortcuts. Thats what sets us apart, with Matt being the strong foundation that holds it all up. If you ask him though, he would credit his crew and customers who appreciate the art of quality work. One thing he can’t do, is wear these new MBM hats, but he’s sure trying 🫣😬!

At MBM, we are better at construction than marketing. Lucky for us, our customers do most of that for us and we sure are grateful that they do. We post before and after pictures and we’ll keep doing that too but we’re going to focus a lot on who we are. I think that is what sets us apart. So stay tuned……we’re going to start introducing our crew and what we think makes each of them significant to what we do. Don’t worry if Isaac is lying down a lot. He tends to do that and we sure like to capture it every chance we get.
