1. Moon Bathing: Step outside and soak in the moonlight — barefoot if you can. Let that silvery glow recharge your energy field like lunar medicine for the soul.

2. Release Writing: Journal or write down what you’re ready to let go of — fears, habits, thoughts, or even relationships that don’t align anymore. Burn or bury the paper to symbolize release.

3. Cleansing Bath or Shower Ritual: Add sea salt, Epsom salt, rose petals, and a few drops of oils like clary sage, lavender, or frankincense. Visualize stagnant energy washing away.

4. Crystal Charging: Place crystals (like selenite, moonstone, or clear quartz) under the moonlight overnight to recharge and reset their vibration.
