You know what we all need the most? To know that we are safe and that we belong. These are our fundamental needs. Use claiming language--"You are my baby", "You bring joy to our family", "I love your special laugh"--don't be afraid to lean in. Claim those in your life that you call family. Let them know that they are special. Say the words. Use touch (as allowed).
