All Boxed Up Professional Move Managers

Yesterday, a Senior Living Community called me with a bit of a problem - a couple was moving in to their new apartment and things were not going as planned. I was asked if I could help out in any way. The moving company was bringing in boxes and furniture and stacking them up - the couple was very overwhelmed and stressed. When I got there the furniture was all pushed together (not where the couple wanted it) so close that they could not access any place to sit down. The boxes were stacked very high - not safe and unreachable. I was a bit shocked. In the 2 hours I was there - I was able to unpack and 12 wardrobes and 8 other boxes. I moved the furniture around so they were able to sit in their favorite chairs and plugged in a couple lamps (ones I could find). However, they still have a mess of boxes that need to be unpacked and furniture that does not fit. This entire situation could have been avoided if they had called All Boxed Up! If they had called us - ALL of their boxes would be unpacked and removed. ALL furniture set how they want it. ALL items put away where they want it. This situation really shows the importance of Senior Move Managers! We make our clients home "live-in-ready"...I wish they had called us!
