I am grateful for the time and energy they have spent to teach me and pour into me personally and professionally. Something New is selective in the people that join our team because impressions matter. The impression that the team/mindi and jordan have left on me is one of value and care and motivation. The way that we train our team to uplift and celebrate in a meaningful way is what makes something new special. The people on our team deeply care for bringing good into and highlighting the good in other people lives! -Sophia 🧡

Mindi and Jordan have made an immeasurable impact on my life in the very best way. Their compassion, positivity, and genuine encouragement have given me the confidence to challenge myself, embrace new opportunities, and become a stronger version of who I am. What makes this place so special isn’t just the work we do, it’s the people and the culture they’ve intentionally built. I’ve formed lifelong friendships and discovered a community that feels like family. This has never felt like “just a job.” It feels like a place where I’m meant to be. A place that continually inspires me to learn, grow, and become the best version of myself. For that, I will always be grateful to Mindi and Jordan
