Friendly PSA Any time we have a customer lose data that was stored on a computer, I try to take time to remind customers how IMPORTANT it is to have backups of valuable data! It's pretty simple to have an EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE and make regular backups to that drive. And so disappointing to customers to lose valuable photos, etc when it could have been backed up. Check backups occasionally to make sure they are backing up what you want to keep!! If you don't know how to do any of this, ASK SOMEONE!! (There are services that can try to recover your data if a drive fails, but they are very expensive!!
