--Releasing those that hinder growth and flow

I offer up to 90 minutes of undivided attention and skilled listening to include gentle hands-on Craniosacral therapy, conversation, postural analysis and repositioning, and gait re-training to develop new, healthier patterns in the body-mind. Over time I begin to integrate tools for homework such as meditations, visualizations, stretching and strengthening exercises, and more, to empower the client to begin living the Life of Bountiful Health that is intrinsic to every human being.
