8 year old , not potty trained, nervous around big dogs (from a previous attack), needs eye daily eye drops. His family is moving & surrendered him to the shelter 😭

Message from Owner: Please help find sweet Ralphie (short for Raphael). He is my current foster dog who came from a bad situation and is absolutely terrified of everything to the point we have to carry him outside. We have been working on showing him that people are good and he deserves to know love and kindness. He escaped his harness this evening and ran, jumping our fence. I am begging for your help to get my sweet boy back so we can continue to show him the affection and gentle love he deserves. If you see him please call and I will immediately come to where you are to get him.
