These macarons are filled with a silky caramel ganache made from slow-cooked dry caramel, paired with a rich, gooey caramel center for that extra indulgent bite 🤎

Sweet, buttery, and just the right touch of salt—every layer melts together for the ultimate caramel experience.

Soft shells on the outside, luscious caramel on the inside… exactly how it should be ✨

Who else is obsessed with caramel everything? 👀

Not every batch is perfect… but every batch teaches something 🌹

These rose macarons have been a little journey of trial and error—tweaking the meringue, adjusting the macaronage, testing shapes vs. smooth shells… and learning something new every single time.

Some came out hollow.
Some cracked.
Some were almost there.

But then—there are moments where it all starts to come together… and that’s what makes it worth it 🤍

Baking at elevation definitely keeps me on my toes, but I’m getting closer with every batch. Progress over perfection, always.

The goal?
Delicate, full shells with that soft, elegant rose design 🌸
