I remember looking at the picture on the left and thinking my quads were huge... Fast forward to today, looking at my current legs, guess they weren’t as big as I thought😶😂. I struggle with putting on weight and get stuck on wanting to stay in one weight class for powerlifting. But after looking at this comparison, I have definitely put on a lot of muscle, and that has always been the ultimate goal, regardless of BW! So, this is my friendly reminder to stop looking at the growth on the scale, but instead look at the growth in your muscles!

I love this so much! My dad taught me how to lift weights when I was 5, and now we are teaching our daughter at 4. She’s got the best daddy 🖤❤️

Whaaaaaat is that a glimpse of a hamstring muscle 😳. I’ve always had quads but no hamstrings...😃

Wasn’t able to train for a week, and was SO excited to finally train today....but only did like two exercises and talked the rest of the time lmao. So, here’s a gym selfie 😂
