Shirley has been getting after it out in Cali! Through finishing up school, multiple moves, and plenty of life changes Shirley keeps putting in the work and getting better. She recently competed in Garlic City where she improved her total by a massive 15kg and won her session! Soon she will be back in the Springs and ready to keep putting in the work.

Failure is a small price to pay for wisdom.
Each of us will fail time and again throughout life. That much is inevitable, but what you do during those times makes a big difference in how you progress. When you can look at "failure" as a learning opportunity you take a huge step towards becoming an unstoppable force. Next time you face a setback take the time to reflect on what went wrong, the reason it did, and which steps give you the best shot of overcoming those obstacles moving forward.
Rinse and repeat.
