What to Expect at Breakaway - Our unique style of Reiki is combined with gentle relaxation techniques which will quiet your mind and enable your body to let go of stress and other negative energies. Clothing is always worn during our Reiki and relaxation sessions. Clients wear comfy clothing such as sweatpants or gym pants and a loose T-shirt or tank top. A lot of attention will be given to your head and feet so if you do not like to be touched on your head and/or feet, our studio is not for you. Many Reiki practitioners do not touch their clients, but we do. We will gently rub and scratch your scalp, and gently touch your feet, neck, arms, hands, fingers, legs from knee down and back in between cleansing chakras.
