This week our club meeting will be Thursday, April 3, at 5:30pm at Carini's.
We have Food Pantry project at Colonial Heights Food Pantry on Thursday, April 10. Please try to arrive by 5:15 for assignments. Please let me know by Monday 7 if you will be volunteering for that project.
Other upcoming events
Tuesday, April 1st is Giving Tuesday to The Rotary Foundation and all donations up to $100 made online that day will be matched with foundation points. Please see Stan or myself with any questions.
On Saturday, April 12, the District Training Assembly at Virginia Wesleylan starts at 9am. All officers for the 2025-2026 Rotary year are requested to attend with PE Tim as all Rotarians are invited to attend. Registration is open on DacDb for the event and if you have any questions please see Tim or me.
The Richmond Flying Squirrels End Polio Now Game will be on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at the Diamond. I have a block of tickets for our club. Please let me know how many tickets you need. Tickets are $12 each. Please invite family, friends, co-workers to come out to the game with you for a great evening of baseball and fellowship at the Diamond. This will be the last Rotary Night at the Diamond as they will be in their new stadium next year.

This week our meeting will be at Captain Tom's Seafood at 5:30pm. This will be a open discussion meeting and a meet and greet to potential members. Let's all think of others that you can invite to join us this week. We will also finalize our plans for the club's social after the holidays, which will be on January 17. Please come up with two suggested locations so we can finalize plans as this will be our last time together at a meeting for the year 2024 and before the holiday social.
