The idea here is to push your limits and take the opportunity to allow your heart rate to get higher than normal to move out of your comfort zone! Keep moving during the rest period so you are ready to jump on the treadmill and run. More details for warm up, demos, cool down are on our Website!
Note: I used some variations in this workout for myself: push up with knees on floor to maintain proper form, and basic lunge instead of jumping lunges. I stopped twice during the 3 minute plank hold. I think it is a mental block of the 1 minute mark. So I added 10 burpees at the end....

I’m late posting workouts this week! Life, kids, sickness and an out of town soccer tournament kept me off social media for the last few days. I did manage a few steps on the treadmill at the hotel over the weekend! Looking forward to getting back on track with my daily yoga practice and FitAircrew workouts sprinkled in throughout the week. Got to keep moving during the busy and possibly stressful holiday season! —Vanessa
