Andrew Boettcher would have never imagined his life turning out the way it has years ago when he was running track at Stephen F. Austin University in East Texas and majoring in kinesiology. Boettcher is now a fourth-generation farmer in the East Bernard, Texas, area since his family roots in farming began there around 1905.
