Bad bunny pastelito dip- creamy goat cheese topped with guava jam, pomegranate, scallions and pistachios.
Green Day Guac topped with smoked Seattle salmon.

There she goes again my little mama. On a new adventure. Multiple planes and over the Atlantic Ocean. I’m not going to mention her age but we should all be so lucky to be half as brave (and young looking) as her when we reach it! It’s a bit weird to wave her off and go back in to her apartment! I’m leaving in a few hours to head back across the pond to work. Bon voyage Mommy! See you soon in Florida!

When flying thru Riga, Latvia do as the Rigans do and drink Black Balsam and tonic. A traditional Latvian herbal liquor. Supposedly good for digestion :-) Google describes it as s a combination of birch, lime, ginger, cocoa, liquorice baking spices and berries. I think I might have an unopened bottle at home from my trip to Riga with mom many years ago.
