A panel redesign that addresses undocumented modifications, restores system clarity, and improves overall maintainability.

Our customer, a fruit packing company, sought to streamline their process packaging line after years of incremental changes. Over time, the original starter control panel had been continually modified without updated electrical design drawings. This created a system that became increasingly difficult to maintain and ultimately required a comprehensive rebuild.

Our team reverse‑engineered the existing panel and developed a design that restored structure, clarity, and reliability to the operation. Lighthouse Electrical installed the new panel and oversaw the project, coordinating closely with the customer’s production team to align the work with their packaging schedule and minimize operational downtime.

This upgrade not only improves day-to-day efficiency and control but also positions the customer for future growth with a modern, maintainable system.
