Summer Schedule starting tomorrow along with our regularly scheduled classes includes:
❤️ Wednesday 8am Mommy/Daddy and Me Aerial Yoga and Bounce classes (for kids 3-5 with an adult).
❤️ Wednesday 8:45am Kids Aerial Yoga (for kids 7-12).
❤️ Thursday 7am Mindful Movement and Mediation Aerial
❤️ Thursday 8am TRI-IT Thursday: A Mindful Triathlon (walk, yoga, mediation/journaling option).
❤️ Thursday 5:30pm our NEW Express Aerial Yoga (30 minutes aka short and sweet. For those short on time but still would like to reap the benefits of Aerial Yoga 🙃).
