I am overwhelmingly proud to announce that I am back full time with Hyatt Hotels in Revenue Management. Hotels Corporation

I stayed strong, kept my skills sharp and proved to myself I am all I thought I was. The truth is my previous 22 years with Hyatt gave me all that, as I posted when I had to leave over a year ago.

I am humbled that Hyatt still saw me as an "A" Player. When you spend your entire career in one place you question if you are capable outside that realm. My truth is I can do most anything I set my mind to and I see that now. In my time away I got certified in coaching and started my own business Authentic You Coaching and Counselinguthentic You Life Coach & Executive Counseling with Ed Bailey. I am not going to stop coaching but I have to focus on my "true north" and that is stability.

Nobody could have predicated what 2020 brought. There is no blueprint for the times we are in. The one thing I will continue to work on is being me authentic self. Staying true to this core value has delivered for me. A huge shout out to my wife Emma Baileyfor being my rock through all this!

I am happy to be back home with the company that I love.
