Meet Mo Carter local food enthusiast and founder of Carter Seafood established from her home kitchen in 2012. Mo’s love and appreciation for the locally caught seafood began in childhood. Weekend fishing adventures with her mother to all the local "sweet spots," from St Mary’s County waters to the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal.
