Jim's Hardware serves the community as an authorized UPS shipment/dropoff point, but does not operate as a UPS Store. In this regard, Jim's cannot assume the liability of packing merchandise for outgoing customer shipment nor process shipments under the UPS account of any intended recipient or business.

PLEASE INSPECT THE LABEL ON YOUR PACKAGE prior to dropping it off at Jim's Hardware. Labels that reveal USPS are to be dropped off at the post office and FED-X packages must go to businesses offering that service. We attempt to contact those who mistakenly drop off their packages as UPS to return to Jim's Hardware to retrieve their package, else delay in your return shipment will likely occur until which time we are afforded time to take it to the post office for you.
